And now…

Manic Monday: Super Fast, Super Easy Meditation.

If the entire world spent ten minutes a day meditating, it would be a more peaceful place.

Things people say to me about meditation:

*I need to learn how to do that.

*It’s too hard.

*I tried it once and couldn’t do it. I couldn’t empty my mind.

*I don’t want to have to sit funny and chant.

*I listened to a meditation tape once and it helped, but I don’t have time for it.

So here’s the low down dirty deal with meditation:

*It’s great for stress management.

*It doesn’t have to be hard.

*You don’t have to be perfect at it in order to get the benefits from it.

*You don’t have to sit funny and chant.

*It doesn’t have to take up much time.

Here’s a super fast, super easy meditation that you can use almost anywhere.

This is only a minute long. Surely you have a minute to try it!

If you listened to the recording and followed along… Guess what?

You just meditated!

Next time set an alarm for two minutes so you don’t interrupt your relaxation to check the time. After that try it for three minutes. If you have the time, keep increasing your mediation by a minute each session. Pretty soon you’ll be a meditating guru!

Did you try the meditation? What did you think?

Have you ever meditated before today? What was your experience of it?
